A 2015 paper reported that ants marked with a blue dot on the head touched the mark more often when a mirror was present.
What the evidence supports
Very little. The result has not been reproduced, the samples were small, the behavioural scoring was subjective, and the publication venue does not have an established peer-review process.
What it does not support
Self-recognition in ants or in any insect. An ant touching a mark on its own head has far simpler explanations, beginning with irritation from the mark itself.
